I know a 6th grade girl who wants to know what is in style and noraml to wear, any suggestions? Shes tall and white w/blond short curly hair and doesn't wear makeup.

and she only gets $2 a week for allowance and can't find any jobs, not even as a sitter so she can't afford American eagle or aero or anything like that.

being a 6th grader is hard because your in between kid and young teenager i suggest jeans or slacks and maybe even flirty skirts that aren't to high in length because we are still talking about a child maybe some really cute tops in pink or other femine colors to give a n older yet not to old "girls just wanna have fun" look add lots of accessories bracletes a pretty necklace a headband some earrings and your a superstar sixth grader
shop at stores like claire's for accessories and walmart has a clothing line after the olsen twins with really cute clothing try department stores for really great prices

Here are some suggestions...
Try jeans with any casual t-shirt with yur hair tied up in a ponytail
Skirt with a cute little top with or without a collar
Hair left open with maybe a tiny clip on one end
Just wear what yur mostly comfortable in..dont worry too much bout what other people think

Tell her to take up sewing! She can make her own clothes, and if shes behind on style she can check a magazine to check whats in and make it! OR. She doesn't have to shop at stores like aero and american eagle and abercrombie ( Which strangely are the places that I shop). there are cheaper versions of theses stores like gap and old navy. And dont tell me they have ugly clothes, cuz they dont and you can always elaborate and make something couture. Whats normal to wear in the sixth grade? Well what i wore was jeans, cute bright colored ( and black) tops. sweats, sweatshirts, and stuff like that. Casual, simple, cute, nothing fancy, my fave colors and nothing i wasnt comfy in.

You know there is nothing wrong with Wal-Mart lol they always have clothes you can mix and match and just for your FYI i am in 7th grade and anything that is comfortable and cute like jeans a tank top with a short jacket with converses always does the trick for me.

I know someone in sixth grade my self. She wears jeans, wallabees(or knock offs), and a cute shirt(Double Bubble- Parisain). Adorable! She could also just go to Wallmart, Target, or any other store.

just tell her to wear kind of causual-cute-chic things, tell her to shop at aero, american eagle. if shes tall because of ehr legs, tell her to find a good pair of jeans that make her legs look long!

Believe it or not, Target has some really cute clothes. Teach her that she looks good in anything and to be herself.

maybe matching the shirt color with
the eye color and of course a great

Brand names dont really matter when your 11 years old. But, i would think that she would like hollister or ambercombie.
