http://www.deepdiscountdvd.com/ has some great prices, and they don't charge shipping and handling. They have a few movies for $7, but that's not the price for all of them.

Columbia House Canada has a similar offer for 5 DVDs for 49¢ each plus shipping, with 4 more to buy within 2 years.
I can honestly say it's legitimate and recommended

I can't say for sure, but if they are talking about newer movies it is generally a site where you buy multiple copies and the price is $7 each, so be careful. If it is $7 each for one movie and they are newer? Let me know about it too, I want in on that. :)
