DONT GO TANNING. Tanning in a tanning salon will age your skin consiberably faster then if you didnt tan. It may not affect you now but in 10-15 years you will be regretting that. Because you have fair skin (and if you start regulary tanning) you will increase your rate to get skin cancer and aging spots. Believe me please- I have friends that look much older b/c they tanned.
If you want to look tan- here are some options-
*Buy a good fake tanning lotion- Clarins and Este lauder have a good product. If you are worried about streaking- just practice on an area of your body no one will see.
* Most tanning salons have what they call the mystic tan. This is a spray on tan- it looks natural and doesnt streak- takes about 30 seconds (just make sure you exfoliate prior to going)
* Some day spas have people who actually spray tan you. Believe it or not most of the actresses on baywatch and pageant contestants do this- More expensive but better results
* Finally buy a bronzer for your face. Most major makeup brands have them. Do NOT buy something too dark...get something that will look natural and healthy for you.

Maybe some hair streaks in order to soften hair color, and a little bit of bronzer to acquire sun kissed looks.

Get a bronzer that is a shade or 3 darker than your natural skin color.
Or, go get a tan - either in a bed, or get a spray-on one.

I was pale because of malnutrition so I took vitamins and now I'm no longer pale... if it's your natural color then I'd suggest make-up

You should be proud of your skin! I have tanned skin, and I'd love to have white skin! You could always try those tans in a bottle or whatever. Please don't start tanning; it's bad for people with your type of skin.

Wear some red blush on your cheeks and tip of your nose. Apply a dark brown eyeliner on your eyes and loads of mascara. Always wear lip gloss. Now, you won't look like a ghost, unless of course they're comparing you with a super-fashionalble ghost!
Erm...I don't have to tell you to TAN, do I?
Please, please, please.......GO OUT!
