I was having a discussion with my husband and he never heard of this. Please let me know with a simple yes or no if you have heard of the pencil test that tests a woman's "perkiness"

yea i saw my wife do it in the bathroom the other day and the pencil hit the ground guess my wife has some perky boobies

Oh yes, I've heard of it AND done it. We girls used to go to the locker room in high school and try it to see how "perky" we were getting.

is it if you can place a pencil on the breast and it doesn't roll off, they're perky? If not, I have no idea

If its the one i'm thinking of .... its especially for women , its if u can fit a pencil under your breast with out it dropping it means your breasts are abit saggy lol .....dont know about men u would have to be pretty unlucky to be saggy...lol....someone needs to work out ...have i tried it .....no comment lol
