Eat lots of veges and chilli, try drinking cut up ginger in hot water, and lots of cups of tea. i am on vitamin c which boost your immune system, so touch wood....i never am sick

Anything with Vitamin C....oranges, grapefruits, orange juice.
Just eat fresh fruits, vegetables....try some herbal teas, also....echinacea works well. And lots of water....and rest.

Anything with Vitamin C in it is supposed to work. Citrus fruits, tomatoes, other fresh fruits and vegetables. Good luck.

go get some emergency it comes in a powder and you mix with water the flavor is citrus so it's not bad also vitamin c orange juice
