how do i insert html into my frontpage website?

im kinda new at this so take it easy on me please?

Assuming you have a copy of the webpage on your hard drive....
Open the webpage in Frontpage
At the bottom, click on the HTML tab, and it will display the HTML for the page. Edit, insert, etc. as needed.
Check it in the Normal and Preview pages to be sure eveything work
Upload the revisited files to your website.
