Yes, not to worry if you have any finger nail polish with acetone start soaking right away. You will see the fiberglass starting to melt and then you continue to let them soak until complete;y soft and then bingo you are free of nails. i suggest that you cut your nails down at first so you won't have a gooky mess. Godd luck.

Wow two months without even getting them touched up?

When you get your nails done professionally you should get them touched up every 2-3 weeks depending on how fast your nails grow.

The best way to do it is soak them in alcohol for about 5 minutes (rubbing alcohol), the alcohol will dissolve the adhesive.
Then, while the nails are still in the alcohol use a nail file and put it under the bottom part of the nail and simply push up.

you can soak them in nail polish remover. Use the original stuff not the kind that is safe for acrylics etc.. it will take a long time but it is less damage.. you can also get a coarse nail file and sand them off but you have to be careful not to go all the way to your natural nails....

you need to soak them in some warm soapy water for a while to soften them, then soak in acetone. It will take some time, and you might still need to pry them off a bit, but they will come off. Your nails underneath will be weak and not very pretty, but you can get some strengthening polish and give them a couple of coats, they will be better in no time! Just be patient!

Soak them well in diluted shampoo foam, and if they don't get lose, I am afraid you'll have to visit a nail salon (otherwise you might harm your nails).
