Most immigrants to new countries can find resources to help them transition to their new homes. Try to find a Palestinian resource or social service agency that can assist you.

Unfortunately, I don't what you can do about sponsoring your family. Unless you work full time or your brothers can come over on a student visa, there may not be more that you can do.

About not enjoying anything in life...maybe you can do volunteer work or find other women that are in a similar situation and build a support group. Consider going to school and taking a class that will help you get a better job (computer, languages, business). Is there a special need that other Palestinian immigrants have that you can fill? Use your experience with this situation to help others...you never know what connections you'll make or what will become of your involvement.

Finally, a lot of what you're dealing with is beyond your control. While I understand your concern for your family, being scared and worried for them does not change their situation. It does eat away at your ability to stay focused and come up with ideas for how you're going to live your life. Your heart is in the right place, but you have to accept the limitations of your situation.

I hope this helped a little. My thoughts are with you during this very trying time.

If you know what the most you should be making a year is...try to find a job that pays you that much. If you can't find a job, then get another one in addition to what you're doing.

Having this big motivation to work extra hours, more jobs, might help with giving you the energy you need to accomplish what you need to do to sponsor your familly.

If you can't, and if you have a close friend...he can be your co-sponsor...you can add his income with yours.
Your husband could be your co-sponsor...except I am not sure if your co-sponsor has to be in the same country, so check that with your requirements to sponsor someone.

As a last resort if nothing else works...you should go back to college, study to get a degree or a specialized career. You will definitely have a better chance for going into a job that pays much better. It'll take a couple of years...but you will definitely be able to sponsor your family. There would be no "maybes" or guesses...you will definitely be able to.

You have a lot of choices, but they all have you working harder from your end. You must be patient and keep praying for your families' safety.

Be patient too with time. Don't worry about the things you can't change. Worry about earning more and getting to your goal to sponsor your family.

You need to find people to help you sponsor their entry to Canada. You and your husband must ask your friends to help you in sponsoring their entry into Canada.

Have your family considered requesting assylum in Canada. You can submit that petition to the Canadian government?
