I find that highly improbable. The British and/or American Softball League (or whatever they call it) might be looking at such a rule, I wouldn't know. As things stand, American and British women *should* be learning to throw overarm to be able to assist in home defense.

I doubt it. The British government *might* possibly consider it briefly, but it would not even make it to any American law maker -- except for the laugh value...
