what kind of technology they might be using by which circuilar spacecraft can travel very fast between planets. Suggest me some ideas.

They don't travel through space, they travel through time, the space is really here all the time, they just change the time dimension , its like stepping into your mirror and being on the other side, we're all here together, we just don't know how to access it.

I know one of the technological advancements aliens would need on their spacecrafts, inertia cancelers, this would cancel the great force created from the spacecraft changing dirction very rapidly. Also the spacecraft would have to be powered by anti-matter, this works by taking an atom of anti-matter and colliding it with a peice regular matter. When this happens all of the energy can be used and none of it is lost. scientists have already been creating anti- matter for around 20-30 years although they only have around .000000024 of a gram of it, somehow aliens have found a way to produce it in mass quantitys.

They might not have a better technology than ours because maybe all that things everyone see might not be real but things that someone make for fun or just publicity. They may just live peacefully in their planet facing their problems.

I suggest this to the Airforce after capturing some alien space craft and they where not interest in it nor did they have a contract to purchase there technology or place it in front of there own as a desirable.

I suggest you read the science of star trek by Krauss.
Warped space, wormholes, its all very tentative speculation.
Also UFO's obviously exist - anything that is unidentified and in the sky can be named that. Its not a synonym for extra-terrestrials. Try and remember that.

Many have said there can be no UFO's because the time it would take to get from any where would just take to long, but to many people ignore the obvious, maybe they are already here and have been for many centuries.

Actually, no one could possibly fathom what technology could be used because if we had anything remotely close we'd be using it now. It's like asking what's beyond the universe, or what happens when you die. It can't be answered.
