Yes many original Xbox games are compatible with the 360 but not ALL of them, not yet at least. If you want the list of which games are compatible, a link was given by another answerer. And NO you cannot watch Blu-Ray on 360 because Xbox 360 doesn't even have a Blu-Ray drive!! That was a bit of a silly and ignorant question...but if you wait I've heard rumors that Xbox 360 is getting a Blu-Ray drive so you can do that! But these are only rumors so don't get your hopes up.

Yes if you have a Hard Drive attached (either bought separately for the core version, or included with the premium version) You may need to download a software update for it from xbox.com & burn it to disc as the instructions tell you. There are some games that aren't compatible though, so read a compatible games list first.

yes and no only 33% percent a bacwards compatable get teh list of what games will play a xbox.com and you must have the hard drive system not the core system

not when you get it right out of the box that crappy system, to play the xbox games on it you have to buy like a patch or something else.
