Replaced 305 with 350. Rebuilt throttle body. During normal driving speed, car shimmy, shakes and rattles. At higher rpms, seems to smooth out some. Idles fine. Cranks fine. I feel like it may be a possible vacuum leak. Any suggestions please?

If you had a vacuum leak, it would idle like ca-ca.
Sounds more like ignition problem.
I suggest removing the distributor cap and checking the rotor and inside the cap for damage.
Change spark plugs too.

You do not say what year the 350 is ??? If its the type with the dist.on the end of the cam shaft ( tucked in behind the water pump ) If any moisture get on the dist its toasted . These dist are so touchy that at the dealer I work for we sell the dist with the water pump or cust is made aware that if he does not replace the dist at time of replacing the water pump it not our fault when it goes out.Good luck hope I helped.
