The cellphone is a dangerous object. We know that. But the equipment use for them - amplifier of signal, antennas, - is more dangerous than the cellphone itself ?

Firstly, the consensus following a lot of research shows not health risks associated with cell phone use. THere may be risks, but they are low.
The cell towers/base stations transmit at much greater power than the phone itself, so there are health concerns related to these. There are national rules/guidelines for these. I would be unhappy if there was a tower within a 100 yards of my home or child's school.
