I think remilitarizing the Rhineland WAS what finally broke all of the Locarno Treaties.

it was a buffer zone. The treaty said that no one could have troops in that part of Germany. But that really didn't break the treaty no body went to war over this. In fact Hitler was just testing the waters when he took it back but nobody seemed to care.

the treaty wasn't broken until Hitler took Poland the treaty stated that if any of those country's where attacked like Belgium Poland or France that the others would come to the aid of the one that was under attack. that's why england,France and Belgium declared war on Germany when it attacked Poland.
