i am really interested in lip glosses that have some glitter to them. i recently purchased l'oreal glam shine... the effect is very pretty... but i have seen photographs of those wearing mac lip gloss (At least i think it is mac lip glass)- these photos show glossy, very shimmery, glittery lip colors that are obvious even in photos. so i just want to know which is better... if the effect created by mac is better than loreal

the pics weren't professional they were just normal pics of ordinary people

MAC has the best products all around. Mac is a little more expensive then loreal, but you get what you pay for.

Personally, I beleive that the Mac lipgloss products are to sticky. L'oreal goes on easy and it looks lovely. L'oreal is much less expensive then Mac products and the lipgloss is a better product. Also, it is easier and quicker to go shopping for L'oreal then Mac lip gloss. And, can really get the same look as a famous person in a picture. Basically all photos of famous people are edited to look better in one way or another.

Do not compare real life effects of make up to photos (being professionally done and photographed, and afterwards corrected in photo shop). Buy one that feels better on your lips. Both brands are very good.

l'oreal is better it makes your lips look full and pretty at a great price without the sticky greasy. great for kissing or just looking pretty try a nice liner first to make lips look even lusher :)
