I weigh 115 and Im 5ft I know Im overweight.a little Im 13 but ALL of my fat is in my lower stomach I want to lose 10 lbs so it goes away.but Im too afraid my ribs will show.how do I lose that fat but keep my ribs from showing?

YOU ARE NOT FAT... Seeing yourself as fat is a sign of anorexia. You should not lose weight, you are only 13, in the next few years you will get taller and that baby fat will go away. Dieting at your age will stunt your growth. If your ribs are showing then i wouldnt diet.

Do exercises focusing on your abs to tone the muscles under your problem fat. You might also see your doctor and ask advice, your dr. might prescribe something that would really work for you.

Make sure you are eating healthy and drinking a LOT of water. The standard is 8 8oz. glasses a day but depending on your height/weight it could be more, so make sure you are getting enough. You are not even overweight. Just try to maintain your current weight. If you lose weight, you might lose that last bit of fat, but like you say, your ribs will just become even more noticeable. You can't spot reduce. Just tone up and eat healthily. HTH : )
