I think you mean Switzerland. You usually need a great deal of money to have a Swiss bank account. Traditionally the Swiss banking system is highly secretive and often used by rich criminals. This sounds very dodgy to me - a reputable company would accept payment through the usual channels.

Apply online. You can open a bank account anywhere. Be careful of the income tax implications though.

This really sounds like your getting scammed,what kind of business can't take good old visa?it's international .be careful.
also it's Switzerland.I'd find a different place to buy from,use pay pal,don't let anyone else tell you where to move your money,that's not right .your the customer and they should be trying to please you,not visa-versa,beware.
