Actually, I would have to say Ernest Borgnine. It was not that he was bad, but his being on the program did not add anything to either the plot or the comedy of the episode.
Homer and Flanders and Ernest Borgnine were sort of scout leaders for a fishing trip with some kids, and Homer got Flanders lost out to sea, while Borgnine and his kids just went camping, though at the end he and the kids (we can assume) were all slain by a serial killer in the end credits.
Gervais was at least somewhat funny, and it was funny when Homer thought that Blair was Mr. Bean.
