Personally, I think tolerance should extend to all facets of life, not just the workplace. But if that's too much to ask, at least let's make our jobs as free of oppression as it can be. If you cannot do that, maybe you should find a job that doesn't require social interaction (as well as live in a cave).

I think you should respect each others belief, besides as long as the work gets done, and you get your paycheck, Team work is involved your personal life really should be left at home

Not tolerate, but leave people alone about what they believe. You are there to work, not to judge, condemn or "tolerate" anyone else..

that depends on the situation... if someone was pushing their bliefs on you like trying to get you to convert you shouldn't have to tolerate it but if they are just wearing something like a cross around their neck or they just mention it and aren't trying to push it on you and you feel comfortable then yes, I think it shoud be tolerated.
