It's about 5 hours. If you make stops, incur traffic, or drive slow, plan on 6 hours. If traffic is great and you make no stops you might be able to get there in 4.5 hours.
But be prepared, it's 5 hours of nothing but farmland. I've never seen so many cows in my life. Philly and Puttsburgh are really like two bookends holding together 5 hours of rural scenery.

It's probably 5 or 6 hours in a car.
It's only about an hour by plane - expect to spend about 40 - 60 mins between the Pittsburgh airport and downtown Pittsburgh; there's no commuter train. The Philadelphia airport is more convenient. There's an inexpensive train into downtown - only about a 15 minute trip. By car, it's less than 30 minutes. Hope this helps.

It is approximately 4 1/2 - 5 hours by car straight across I-76, a little over 300 miles.

Pittsburgh is a little over 300 miles from Philly. You take the Schuylkill to the Turnpike West and get off at I-376. Portland, Oregon would be much further as it's on the other side of the country.

It's spelled with a h on the end (common mistake) Pittsburgh! It takes 4-5 hours by car. we've done it many times. I love both cities a lot. Each has a lot to offer and have neat neighborhoods and some really nice buildings-not to mention all the FUN stuff both cities have to offer.

About 300 miles...it depends how fast you drive. I saw ads on tv the other day for $39 one-way fares between Pittsburgh and Philly, so it might be cheaper to fly. Amtrak is an option too, but it pretty much takes a whole day. It's a nice ride though.
