1. Language barrier

2. Enticing skilled employees to move to Malaysia.

3. Climate. (Some people don't like a tropical climate.)

4. Taxes and cost of living.

5. Education for the employees' children.

6. Necessity to travel to visit friends and relatives.

7. How are pensions and benefits handled?
