(real answer) Some women have back pain because of the size of her breasts, I'm sure they appreciate this surgery. Other women just hate men constantly staring at their chest and have the surgery. My cousin was like that. She's thin, but had an enormous chest. Her back hurt, she never wanted to stand for long, or walk too far. and she hated men talking to her chest, so she had herself reduced several sizes to a 32D which is still large, but much less pain for her, and while men still talk to her chest, SHE feels better about herself. Not only that, but she enjoys walking and doesn't mind standing all day at work.

No why would it be? some women really need breast reduction surgery cuz big boobs cause back problems.

No, some people suffer from having to large of breast. If some one is in pain why the hell would you make it illegal for them.

No, cuz sometimes ladies need it fer medical reesons. Unless you can think of a way fer them to be super lightweight, while remaining as large as you prolly want them.
