Think you're fighting the corperations by using Yahoo, Google, Dell computers, riding the bus, driving your car to work, using Windows, blah, blah blah blah?
If it weren't for you, the consumer, they'd be nothing. So stop blaming them for everything!

Ah, so finally someone speaks! I've been waiting. I can't take all these people on my own, their ignorance might burn me. They're all irresponsible. They don't want to think that they are the cause of their own problems.

They use us, we use them. That is the system they seem to want. The reason print media is going the way of the dinosaur is that we are sick of filtered news. The corporation that gives us best access to unfiltered news will get the most of our business.
On the other hand, hearing Ford and GM complain about loss of market share when those who used to 'buy American' couldn't help but notice the Mexican and Chinese auto plants is ridiculous. Tyson chicken isn't doing too well, either. We can use our purchasing power for our own ends as well as can our government trade it for outsourcing opportunity.
The rest of the world thinks access to our consumer base is a good thing, and now investment advisers are telling us that with globalization we'd better put a fair share of our investment money out of the country as well.
Seems to me the corporations in tearing up our nationalist social contracts have pretty much cut themselves off at the ankles.

It that they're against the idea of somebody getting something that they think resulted from, in Dick Gephardt's words, "the big lottery of life." People need to face the fact that the vast majority of rich people are rich because they worked darn hard to get it.
I look at it this way: it bugs me that movie and music stars make so much money, because talent and intelligence isn't often connected with how much money you make in those fields. But, I recognize that they get paid that because people are willing to pay it. Nothing to be done about that - nothing moral anyway.

Are you intelligent enough to tell the difference between a war profiteering corp. such as the Carlyle group or Hallaburton and corporations that make an honest profit without no bid contracts given to them by people in both the administration and the corporate executive board?
I didn't think so.

Fighting corporations, what? I'm not everyone. blah, blah, blah,
I'm a consumer, if I need or want a product, I buy it. If the corporation or it's product goes against my moral, then Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah.
