Not more than a few times. And I have not acted on it, unless what you mean by "stranger" is someone you don't know very well, and not someone you just walk across on the street.

When I was in my 20's I did this, but not now, I have self respect now, if I am not in a relationship with the person then the answer is NO. Simple as that. :)
