BY THE WAY I DO NOT HAVE AIDS, THAT WAS JUST AN EXAMPLE. cuz ive been having bad headaches etc. and the last time i had my blood test was in April 2006 and everything was Negative. so i just wanna know if the bladder test also tells if something is wrong in your blood or only pee???

First of all, if you had any question about your own health best way is ask your doctor instead of Y!A. All I'm writing is educated guess, not the FACT about you. Okay? :-)
I assume the doctor ordered urine test to see if the pain is from kidney (then you need more intensive treatment, faster) but since the test was negative, probably your kidney -ureter-bladder and urethra is okay. He didn't order blood test since it may not give much information why you had the stomach pain (or headache) this time. You are young, healthy person so blood test of 2006 would not be that different from blood test now.
Urine test usually reveals if you have blood in your urine (that means urinary tract is bleeding), white blood cells (should not be seen in normal urine, WBC means you have infection), glucose or ketones (again, should be negative in normal urine) etc.
If your symptoms are thought to be caused by infection in other organs, doctor can order blood test to see if the number of white blood cells increased. If he's very specific about certain virus or bacterial infection, like hepatitis or HIV, he need to order antibody test for that certain disease.
Hope this help in understanding about human physiology!

A urine infection test can be one of the two tests - 1. a urinalysis/ routine urine test & 2. urine for culture & sensitivity. The 2nd one is done solely for urinary tract infection to find out specific microorganism causing the infection & its sensitivity to various antibiotics.
The first one consists of some physical, chemical & microscopic tests & is done for varied reasons like screening for : 1. Urinary tract infection, 2. Kidney diseases, or 3. Diseases of other organs that result in appearance of abnormal chemical products like glucose, ketones, bilirubin etc. in urine. So it's not really problems of blood but problems of different organs in the body that can be detected by analyzing urine test. At the same time some blood tests may need to be done to confirm some specific problems of an organ along with urinalysis, Here are some examples:

Normally there are no detectable glucose, ketones & proteins in urine. When glucose & ketones are found in urine it usually indicates uncontrolled diabetes. Finding protein in urine give suspicion about kidney disease.

When red blood cell is found in urine it may indicate a urinary tract disease or bleeding from kidneys.

Bilirubin in urine is a sign of liver or bile duct disease.

So in this way a lot of information can be obtained from a urine test depending on abnormal values.

No, but you could have blood in your urine. Hematoma (that you see it in your urine) or microscopic hematoma(don't see it in your urine). Those are signs of the urinary track.
The only way to check your blood is by testing your blood.
Are you stressed? Are you a girl that may be getting headaches as a sign before menstruation? If so, both bring on headaches.

hi,
urine sample testing is done to detect anything abnormal in the urinary tract. some substances like glucose when they reach a particular threshold in blood begin to appear in urine. urine test cannot replace the blood test and vice versa.

Urine testing will not show what is in your blood, ONLY what is in your urine.
