Look closely at his personality...Look at his/her mouth.. is it smile or not..
Nice teeth means nothing what it make if u have a bad teeth..After all they are also human...Why should want to differ by a physical beauty...
Eyes and confidence can cheated us...
But mouth never...

I'm pretty insecure but I am honest. I'm heterosexual if it matters.
Man:
First, I generally look at what he has that I feel insecure about in myself. Hair texture, teeth, skin, posture, bearing, and my perception of his confidence.
Second, I look at what I feel good about in myself to see if his is better. Muscles, looks, penis (if in a public shower and I can catch a glimpse discretely), strength, skill, job, car, clothes.
Third, if I'm particularly insecure that day, I look at the neutral and just assume what he has is better. The color of his hair, the color and tone of his skin, his thinness or bulkiness, his job and career, etc.
Women:
Breasts, posture, hair, teeth, backside (I can't believe the other word is blocked!), skin color/tone, shoulder width, face.

Reliability, honesty , sincerity!! These qualities are rare in one person. In a person I look smile and the light of the eyes too.

the brother i never had ^_^
someone that can goof off with me, make me laugh, be my confidant, someone i can have adventures with...heated debates...
as far as looks..i'm open.. though i admire people with unique eye color.. gray, hazle, green, purple..yellow. that makes you so much more beautiful than dark eyes..
