It depends how much of each cosmetic you apply. If I listed everything that I use on my face, it would sound like a whole lot. But I apply things sparingly and it ends up looking natural. The key is to decide what you really NEED to put on your face and then blend all of your makeup very well. Use a sponge to blend your foundation/concealer and make sure that your blush is even-looking. For the eye makeup, I would only apply a thin line of eyeliner and one coat of mascara. That's enough for a daytime look.

You should not start wearing foundation at such a young age. Eyeliner is probably too much, but mascara, lipgloss, and maybe a little blush will be ok.

for a 13 year old...that is definitely too much make up sweetie...
i suggest just stick to a bit of foundation to even out your skintone, and nice mascara :)

yes I think, school is to learn not to worry about how done up you look, I know that recently school is becoming more and more of a social place with friends then a place to learn. And I've only been out of high school for 5 years.

skip the eyeliner and use powder rather then foundation as foundation is oily and can give you spots. very little blush and clear lip gloss would be fine

Yes. at 13, especially for school, you should be wearing only a neutral lip gloss, at most.

Use colors similar to your skin tone, blend well (consider maybe tinted cream if your skin is flawless). If you use neutral colors, this sounds OK.

at your age, lip gloss/lip balm (chapstick) is about all you should be wearing...you're not there to catch a man and get your MRS degree...nor are you there to learn how to make your face up like a cheap wh*re.

well its depending if you use to much of it you will look like a real slapper no offnce but if you use it in modartion it should look really nice and hot
