Nose job and Face reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Yeah, go get seriously beat up, then your surgery will be considered reconstructive (not cosmetic) and your insurance policy will cover it.
btw-what is a face reduction? do you have a big face??

i do not think you are going to find a doctor that will give you surgery for free, there are places that will offer to finance it
