I read some articles about the real need of capitalism in our society, but they were all a little biased (against capitalism). I'd like to read something non-biased, which analyses this question from a neutral point of view.

I know all articles (or any reading material) are somehow biased, but I wanted to read something that isn't for or against capitalism, but which really analyses its causes and consequences.

I have found that studying both sides of an issue is the best way to review information. That is why knowing the history of capitalism is important.

I have found a web site that studies both the pros and cons and does not take sides. I hope this is what you are after.

I don't know of any. As the previous answer everyone injects their own bias. That shouldn't be a problem if you think logically and critically about the information you are getting.

To start with Capitalism is a term used by Marxist to contrast it with communism. Captialism is really Free Enterprise. So the question boils down do you want to be Free or not. The use of government to determine who shall have what and how much is not freedom.

Try reading "The Economist" magazine. I think it does a good job of explaining the pros and cons of capitalism versus other types of economic activity. Very unbiased reporting.

Try this link to Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capitalism . There are many links which will take you where your curiosity leads you.

To me it appears to be pretty nuetral but of course we all bring our own personal biases to everything we read.

The truly neutral texts are about 'economics', not "capitalism" or "communism" or any "ism" for that matter.

you can't find any articles with a neutral bias, all authors inject their own bias into the articles they write.
