Hello Fellow Angeleno. I would say Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles in Pasadena but I've never been there but it looks good!

My grandmother's topped the restaurants. But a small Phillipino Hole in the Wall has excellent fried chicken. I also like Popeyes Cajun fried chicken and Marie Callendars fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy. Yummy-I feel a pound fatter just typing this:)

Chicken wings are just a bunch of bones and a little bit of meat. The poultry marketing industry is making a killing on what is basically waste. Give me a thigh any day!
