I cant remember which one i used cos it was over 18 years ago. But even then they were jolly easy and worked very well. You just urinate on the little stick thing and it tells you if todays a good day! All instructions included. I got pregnant within 4 months of trying. Good luck.

ovulation kits do not detect HCG. They pick up a hormone in your urine associated with ovulation. I used a kit to conceive baby #3 because I wanted a spring baby. Just follow directions and good luck. I bought a plain kit from the pharmacy.

I would think that they are all the same, but I do NOT know that for sure! I buy them at the dollar store for $1 a piece, instead of $15 for a few of them. As far as using them to conceive, do not rely on OPK's, b/c you're most fertile two days before and day of ovulation, and if you use the OPK to calculate intercourse, you may miss your window of opportunity. Look for egg-white, stretchy cervical fluid to help determine if you are fertile. Check out FertilityFriend.com- they are very useful. Good luck!

Consumer reports rated the Clearblue Ovulation tests the best. I like them over any other brand I've tried and my RE recommends them. Go to this website for info--www.peeonastick.com

TO LOVEY---Ovulation tests do not in any way detect hcg. Hcg is the pregnancy hormone. Ovulation tests detect lh (lutenizing hormone).

before you buy anything for the drug store....visit www.accuratepregnancy.com You can purchase 100% more strips on line than the average 5 that come in a box....pregnancy tests are also extremely cheap there as well.....
I bought 100 strips for $40.00CDN.....the drug store sells them 5 for $50.00CDN
Don't waste your money, and test twice a day, once at 11:00am, and another at 7:00pm
I got pregnant first time trying
Good Luck....and don't waste your money at the Drug Store
Gelato Girl......Baby Dust for you!!!
