This seems to be a partially rhetorical and partially subjective question, since the answer lies with those within the community....
however, speaking as a married man, with two young children, I can say that I do know a very happy couple (G/L), and they also have a couple of children....isn't that amazing !!

Way Happy. Way, way happy. Am with the love of my life, have a group of very close friends (you know, the kind you can call at 2 AM and ask them to come get you 'cuz your car broke down) and I live on a Caribbean island. How much better could it get?
Didn't chose to be gay, but loving every minute of it! :)

I am very happy. In fact there are times when I wonder WHY I have been so blessed? I have wonderful family, a loving husband, a great daughter and they are all so good to me. I enjoy my job - I am in a situation where I can help others. I am happy with myself and where I am headed...life really is great.

this year i'm planning 2 get married :)
i'm in love :-X
even if same sex marriage is not legal(yet!) in this country, i'm going to a pride parade wearin' a very special dress, made especially 4 brides and i'm gonna have the time of my life...
and i'm gonna share it with THE ONE i love
it's a symbolic wedding :)
this sounds like pure happiness 2 me! :*

LOL I'm happy, but it's only a fleating sensation. You know as well as I do they he/she/it will only be back in a matter of minutes with another one of his/her/its cloned user id's.
It's only temporary.
I'm still collecting their posts though...just if anyone was wondering.
