I have a problem with getting the justice system to go after the one that beat my granddaughter last June, when she was just 16 months old! would you go this site http://emeriestory.tripod.com/ and please read and sign the petition in order to help my granddaughter and I in our fight? Also would you please tell all of your friends to please help also! I need to try and get 1500 to 2000 or more signatures if possible. What happened to my grandbaby should not happen to any child!

This petition is going to the Ms State Attorney General in an attempt to get him to start an investigation to put pressure on the local authorities to get them from turning their backs on the case, which they have!

Just did. What utter scum these people must be. Emerie is very lucky to have you and your daughter, and you are right about the many more children this kind of thing happens to that goes undetected every DAY. Wouldn't it be a nicer place if they all had someone like you to stick up for them and bring this terrible sickening behaviour to light. All the best.

You probably don't know this and many do not but an Internet Petition holds NO LEGAL status whatsoever .... in a Court of Law it is completely NULL & VOID. Good luck.
