1st... dump the guy giving them to you.... 2nd.. a bruise is like ice... only thing that makes them go away is patience. Just remember the deeper the bruise the bigger it will get in time. So in other words its going to get worse before it gets better.

you can't make them go away faster you just need to leave the and try and stop them being banged or that will of course make it worse all it is is blood padding the hurt part of you're body

It may sound weird but you can rub toothpaste on them, that usually works on hickies ;)
