I had just enough wins to know the difference but life is sour for a natural born loser like me. Eventually a real loser copes by never hoping for anything good. My coffe is off and its grey outside. I need to take ashower but i might fall.

+ all i hear is rah-rah, friday night hs football hype. get in there and show'em what you are made out of. Yeh, 60 minutes to play and a lifetime to remember. some people cannot keep that up the rest of their lives. "You gotta believe!" That sounds true. Lost the team spirit coach. We lost and it looks like some people are here to balance things out so somebody else gets to be called "The Winner!" but me, i am a proven loser. not depressed. pills won't allow me to be depressed. pure logic i refer to: some are born losers. it may be a spiritual thing, supernatural. design of the univese. but some have to be the losers. am i the only one on this site who knows this? Staying alive is not the same as winning in my book. Maybe losers expect too much. Looking back my life was horrible. Wish i was a ranting raging evangelical baptist or something. cannot do it. Loser is right and that was my fate. Now i just sit and wait -- waiting for God.

++ No no no! "No one can make you feel inferior without your permission." (Eleanor Roosevelt.) A grand old dame; admire here for her moxie etc. She was no loser. That is why she could not understand we losers. Rats and rabbits are absolutely necessary or all the snakes would perish. Rabbits frolic for a brief time but they were born to lose. I am not sure but it seems the world belongs to the predators. I have kidded myself until now, recent years, that is. "I ain't so tough," Jimmy Cagney said in one movie as he lay dying on the dark, wet sidewalk where he was shot. Not only am I not so tough, I was always a rabbit and just didn't know it. That what born to lose is. My kind are cowards. Just a fact. We choke and await the final blow. I am now cringing in my little efficiency in the ghetto from hell. Afraid to go out until it is all clear out there. Want to go to the grocery store but looks like a lot of touch teens skipped school today. My little colorful friends from cvs hold me up.

Honey! There's no such thing as a natural born Loser. They are made by the relentless crap one tells themselves. You're not one. I'm not sure why but I think you are just saying that to get reactions for some reason. A study in human behaviour .Are we your lab Rats he! he!. Well I'll take it as if you mean this.
"No one can make you feel inferior with out your permission." Eleanor Roosevelt.
If you really feel this way you may be suffering from Depression or a similar disorder. Then seek professional help, if it's your natural way. If it's only temporary then look at what may have caused it. Let time help.
You need to rid yourself of that voice, telling you that you're aloser. It will become a self fulfilling prophesy if it goes on. Just listen to that in your mind, you know that voice. Say I hear you, I don't agree with you so Bugger off etc. Do that every time that happends and before you know ,it you'll be in control of it ,instead of that telling you who you are and how you feel.
walk ,talk with more confidence, by hanging out with people who feel that way. Ask how they do it and get it to work for you. Write down your fears, feelings, etc then burn them and let the Universe take care of them, Watch funny shows ,Laugh a lot nothing like it to make you feel more positive.
Be concerned about others Volunteer to visit sick or others in need, Volunteer at a shelter, soup kitchen etc, Find something where you're giving to others less fortunate. That will set your thinking in the right perspective.
Remember ,Problems like blessings ,come into our lives to help us work through issues and grow from them. It's not the obstacles but how we deal with them that matters.
Good Luck with yours. Ciao.

No, you weren't born to lose. You sound very sad, maybe depressed and you need to do some positive things, like see a doctor, talk to a friend, do something kind for somebody, maybe get involved with something in your community - you don't have to be a genius or a model to count as a winner!

Take that shower and enjoy it - then go for a long walk and make some plans!

Good luck!!

To be a loser you have to think like a loser. Think positive. So when you do fall down, you will land on something soft.
