If you have a fair amount of material, rock and gem shows are good outlets, as well as places to make sales contacts. Local fairs and farmers markets can also provide sales opportunities. You could try offering your wares to local jewelry craftspeople. Then there's eBay, ads in rockhound magazines, a web site, etc.

If you have a good quantity (if you design your own jewelry) then eBay would be good. You'll need to set up a nice advert and post pictures. Pawn shops are out to make a profit, so you'll not get what you may hope for. You can try to set up your own website, or possibly post them on Craigslist with a reserve price and suggest a "best offer".

You might get yourself a booth at a flea market and see what happens.
