Most inventions can be abused to the limits of an individual's creativity or lack of.
It is an communication enhancement for truck drivers, postmen, cab drivers, and many other service workers that do not have the luxury of sitting next to a land line all day.
It also offers degree of safety and convenience for the everyday person. I certainly prefer to call AAA from my car than to walk down a busy expressway looking for a phone (rain or shine).
It definitely is a useful devise, but if one chooses to use it trivially it is simply abuse of a very useful device.

How did you come up with this one? If anything......being able to reach out and talk with someone in the case of an emergency anywhere a person is, sounds like a pretty good invention to me! Just take heed on where you're not suppose to be standing and talking on one. Such as the Gas Stations!
