As much as i hate to admit this Yoda might, MIGHT, give Superman a run for his money...
HAHA! Not even. As i was writing that i realized that Superman has Recently flown through a red SUN and survived (True he was severly depowered). I doubt a light saber is nearly that hot. It can burn and melt most metals but it takes up to several minutes to melt through thick or dense metals. I doubt that it would burn hot enough to slice through Superman's skin (or penatrate his "bio-field").
In the physical side of this fight strength, speed, and durability all go to Kal-El. Yoda showed that he is fast and agile but his speed and reactions are no where near Superman's. Plus add to that that Yoda's size limits his strength we have two points for superman.
Lets not forget however, Yoda has force powers. His main strengths seem to be in TK and energy deflection (as well as using the force to enhance his physical traits). I think that against Superman his force pull/ push would generate about the same strength as the man of steel could, so no winner there. And I doubt that Yoda's ability to absorb/ deflect energy is greater than the intensity of Superman's Heat vision. But in order not to short change the little green muppet I'll say they are equal: again no winner.
So using the catagories of: Physical Traits (Speed, Stamina, Strength and Durability); Raw Power; and "Energy" manipulation i give this fight to Superman (who takes catagories one and two).

Yoda cuz superman can't survive the might of yodas lightsaber plus Yoda's way cooler and superman sucks

well I guess yoda's light-saber would not have any effect on Superman, so I guess in a fight of strength, superman would win, but Yoda is pretty smart, so he might use some Jedi Mind stuff.

yoda will win... for yoda can lock superman in wierdest positions n make him not able to move n finally choke superman to death ... or make superman submit in a fite by straining all of superman's limbs n bones n make him unable to do anything... if superman turn savage ... and do everything he is able to do... yoda will still win.. yoda can just bend anything he dish out away and continue...

well first off they are on the same side good! but if for some reason they were fighting it would be yoda. b/c superman is vunerable to magic and the force is a magic of sorts.
