About what to give her.. i think traveling is a good option while you both can relax and enjoy romantic times together. Paris is a good place in case you haven't been there

Gee you'd think that after being married for 18 years you'd know her better than that. It really depends what you can afford. Why not wait until 20 years and really go nuts.
