My elderly neighbor is driving me nuts wanting me to find her only child. I have a name, date of birth, ss # and the state she lives in. If her daughter does not want any contact with her mom, then I think I am batting out.

Social security numbers are not legally public information so you cannot search them.

You will have to shellout some money for a ss#. But their are several agencies who can do it. Try intellius.com
