I can't wait! I'm a big Cardinals fan and would love to see them repeat.

It was -29 Fahrenheit when I was driving to work the other day, and I just kept thinking about how nice it would be to watch some baseball in the sun. I thought it would be hard to get into the swing of spring during a cold winter, but it's been easier than I thought.

Can't wait!

Honestly, my interest in football only extends to my fantasy roster and then the playoffs.

Baseball is really the only sport I would consider myself a real fan of and I've been ready for opening day since the end of the Winter Meetings. I'd love to say that I was ready since the end of the World Series, but I love the two months after the Series when everything sort of winds down and all of the awards are handed out and then the meetings and conventions start up and the hot-stove is flaming 24/7. That's a great time of year as well.

Last season was a magical one for many teams and as a Twins fan, it was incredible to watch the Twinkies make such a dramatic turn-around to win the toughest division in baseball after they were left for dead in early June.

I'm really excited now for pitchers and catchers to report (Feb. 15th) and for things to get under way. As much as I loved the World Baseball Classic last season, it'll be good for some of the guys to get in a full spring training with their respective teams this season.

*raises a beer* Here's to another great year of baseball in '07!!

I'm a Reds fan and a Bud man. I've been ready for Opening Day since the 3rd out of the Series. I know the Reds will probably break my heart again, but I love the game so much it probably won't matter. If the Reds are still "in it" come August, then maybe I'll allow myself to "believe"

I can't wait either. I am an avid fan of baseball. I can't wait to see the Yankees make another run for a 27th World Series title.

Here.
Good Luck to ya.
I'm a White Sox fan maybe the two will meet, and we can throw insults back and forth at each other.
Bring on the warm weather and baseball.

I'm pumped, after a great set of winter meetings, I'm looking forward to a fun and unpredictable season. Baseball is and always will be America's pasttime, and for my money, there is no better way to pass the time.
