It's my job to keep a database of thousands of HVAC dealers up to date, however I receive quite a bit of return mail marked "No Mail Receptical". These are current customers, so I can't just delete them from the datebase, but it would be nice if I didn't have to call them either. Any suggestions?

If my Post Office gave out my street address when I pay for a PO box I'd be mad and I'd want my money back.

Post office box information is private, and of course not all street addresses have corresponding PO boxes. Keep your data current by noting, anytime there is correspondence with one of your dealers, any change of address that appears, and also you can telephone people whose letters bounce to see if they are still in business. It's a nasty job.

No, that would be impossible.

The numbers of P.O.Boxes have nothing to do with a street adress.
