It is recommended at 105,000 miles to have the following done. My question...is all of this necessary? Can I wait on some or all of the work? Will it affect my car if I do wait? It seems to be running just fine now.

Change spark plugs, engine coolant, brake fluid replaced, tire balanced, calipers checked and recalibrated, tires rebalanced.

Most of this is preventative maintainance, or just to keep everything in top condition. I do recommend definitely changing the plugs, as well as the engine coolant. The others depend mostly on how much you like your car - if you really like it, I wouldn't put them off. Also make sure to get the belts and hoses checked.

The better care you take of your car, the longer it will last.
The older it is, or the more miles it has on it, the more wear and tear you put on it.
If you know a good mechanic, ask him what can wait until later to do, if not, try asking the nearest dealership the same question.

They recommend this stuff for a reason.

Prevention is cheaper than repairs.

I wouldn't say its critical but you should do it as soon as you can afford to.As far as plugs go I wouldn't change them if it's running OK.
