It can make ur lips darker since .....u dont know whether they r using some kind a chemicals in that or not....u can use lip balms of reputed companies or make it in ur home...
*bee wax or honey+drops of lemon juice+coconut oil/almond oil+vitamin E(if required)......
This also works as a lip gloss.......if u just add glycerine in it for its long lasting shine......

u r right & Wrong Because Some Lip Balm make ur lip dark But Some r Working as lip guard so take advice from doctor

If it is a tinted lip balm it may make your lips darker, but most lip balms are clear.

no lip-balm just adds moisture and gives ur lips a dull shine.... its just the same as chap-stick. if u want ur lips to be darker u can always use lip-stick (depending on the lip-stick u might either have a dull shine or a glossy one (if u use a lipstick with a dull shine u might wanna use clear lip-gloss over it)) or lip-gloss (lip-gloss has a nice glossy shine) and if u use lip gloss know that there are tinted, colored, and clear glosses

however they do make lip balm with tinted color in in, in this case, yes, maybe darker, or lighter. I would tell you right now, go for the lip GLOSS, not the lip balm, gives you a beautiful shimmer..

No. Lip balm is the same as chap - stick, it just adds moisture, and eleminates chaped lips

no they wont it will just protect your lips from the harsh sun's rays and wind which causes your lips to be chapped.
