OK, " Whale Tail" that's a phrase that I've never heard. But.... on the topic of the flash of the thong. First & formost, if a female's thongs are showing above her pants then that can only mean 1 of 2 things. 1) Her pants are too small 2) Her thongs are too Big! I'm a female that has been wearing thongs for the past 11 years ( when all of my friends thought that "it" was NASTY, but anyway, I know for first hand that women arent always aware of the "whale tail" but either way it is NOT sexy at all!

I think that the thong flashing is really un-classy. It's like a very in-your-face advertising. And I don't think it's sexy.
An accidental flash is understandable - happens to the best of us, but a blatant display of the undergarment is in poor taste.
It's the same with guys wearing their pants at half mast with their boxers showing - quite awful.
Frankly, if you're on the town and feel like slutting it up, go for it. See what kind of guys hit on you.
However, if you're at work, this is highly inappropriate and something should be said.

I think it looks terrible, particularly on over weight women. I think they must feel very unsure of themselves if they feel they have to flaunt themselves in this way.
Having said that , thongs are great under tight trousers. No VPL. I'm sure men must find it more exciting to try to guess if a woman is wearing any knickers at all!

Personal I'm not bothered if guys look at my thongs but some women do so i wouldn't say anything to those women in your office they might get offended

I dont see a problem with thong underwear I just think that it is a bit over the edge when woman have to make sure that they show it off when they wear them. I dont think that you should say anything just because it may lead to harassment because you were looking and the woman may get upset by this.

I don't think it's your place to say anything to them unless you are the boss. If you are the boss, then yes, you should say something and make it clear what you expect the dress code to be. Dressing indecent and flashing are counterproductive to the work place. You definitely don't want this in a professional environment. It also makes the women look cheap and slutty.

Well i solve the problem with wearing low rise underwear...
And yes i hate i know my undies are hanging out ..and it worse to some else's ...I think it gross.
Should you say something.... only if it's tasteful... like you may want to pull your pants up... um but know that going to leave you open for a why were you looking comment. So it may be best that you keep it to your self.
