unclear question.
IF your question is from physics, v=Fxlamder
which is f=v/lamder (this only applies when you are doing wave)
or are you trying to say T(period) = 1/f or what?

are you looking for rate = 1/frequency ?

If something happens once every 4 day, then the rate is 1/4 per day.
