There are a lot of things that you can do with greenish blue eyes, but you have to be careful not to overdo it. Some other suggestions were great, like pink, lavender and green.
For smokey eyes, you may want to apply white eye shadow from your lids all the way to the brow. Then apply a medium shade, like a greyish violet to your lid from lashes to crease. Use a deep purple close to your bottom and top lashes (do this very carefully, you don't want to overdo it). Wet an eye shadow brush and dip it into the deep purple shadow to use as eyeliner. Smudge the color a bit, but again not too much. Use decent products (not overly gaudy ones) and you should have great smokey eyes.
To round off this effect, go soft on the lips and cheeks. Good luck!!

I have green/blue eyes too...this is what I do.
* start with white and use it on the lower lid
* use the white and brush it right under your eyebrow (this makes your eyes look bigger),
*use a shimmery copper color for the crease, to make this a bit more dramatic I sometimes add a bit of chocolate brown to the copper.
Also depending on your eyeshape you may want to use eye liner. Stick to a dark brown (almost black). I use liquid liner but this takes practice. Look in a magazine and try to mimic the look you want. After a bit-it will be second nature.
For your eyelashes- use an eyelash curler this will make your eyes look bigger and use a brown/black or plain black mascara- Dont cake it on- a little goes a long way. You want to put this on both your top and bottom lashes (go VERY light on the bottom lashes).
The final step is to just wear clothing - ( wearing a blue, green, or teal shirt, jacket, or even adding a scarf)....will make your eyes POP.
If you get frusterated with this just go to a salon/spa- Most of them have estheticians that will teach you how to apply makeup and which colors work best for you.
have fun!

The prettiest color I have ever seen with green eyes is purple/lavender - I saw a women who used a purple color and dusted it with a sparkle/glitter powder in the same shade.
She also made good use of her liquid liner, eye liner and mascara which really made her eyes stand out.
