You don't need to add juice or water at all. She's doing fine as she is. You don't want her to fill up on juice or water and refuse her feedings, since she's getting most of her nutrition from formula right now. Juice and water don't offer her anything nutritionally at this age, so you don't need it. Wait until she's 2 or 3 years old and let her have the juice as a treat on special occasions.

Here is what I do and find it works pretty well:
I buy the small 4 oz. pallets of juice at BJ's, Sams or Costco. My baby doesn't drink enough of it to buy the larger bottles and they say to use it up in three or so days. I put 2 oz. or juice and 2-3 oz. of water in a bottle or sippy cup and give it to him with his lunch or when I give him puffs or Cheerios to moisten his mouth. I only give him juice once a day. But I give him a sippy cup of water with each meal between bottles or formula. So his schedule looks like this (he won't eat food then have a bottle which is why we spread it out):
6 am - formula
8 am - jar of food, puffs/cheerios and water
10 am - formula
12 pm - food, puffs and juice
2-3 pm - formula
5 pm - food, puffs and water
6-8 pm (whenever he gets tired/fussy) - last bottle of formula for the day
This has worked really well for us. Good luck!

There is no need to introduce juice at all. It's empty calories, and you get more health benefits from actually eating fruit.
As for water, I wold introduce it in a sippy cup. She's almost 12 months, and most doctors recommend weaning off of bottles around then. So, maybe while she is eating lunch/dinner, have a sippy of water. Also, what worked well with my daughter was putting a sippy cup of water out for her during the day , and when she was running around she would drink from it.

My daughter is 12 months today, she actually has been eating table food for the last month or so and has juice on occasion. But i do give her water now that she no longer drinks prosobee. I would begin to give her water now so that she will get used to drinking it. It is easier to introduce it to them around 12 months as opposed to later when she has tasted more.

you can just give your baby water or juice when she eats her baby food. and with the juice mix 1 part juice the other part water so it doesnt burn her when she pees and its not too strong for her tummy. and as long as she eats fruit baby food i wouldnt give her no more than 1 bottle of juice a day other wise could give her diareah and the water just give her some between feedings. so lets say like 8:30,10,1,5 and 7 just enough for her to sip on and to get her use to drinking

I didn't start adding that stuff really until my son was 1 and started on milk instead of formula. I still don't really give him much juice because it usually has so much sugar. If I do, I try to mix it with water (although his grandpa likes to give him juice at his house). Hope this helps.

just start giving her a bottle of watered down juice when you are giving her baby food. I always watered the juice down 50/50

At 12 months I introduced milk to my son, but to encourage him to drink it I put it in a Playtex straw cup, he thought it was fun to drink it through a straw and kept doing it!
BTW, a lot of juices have to nutritional value or very little. Find juices with a lot of vitamins. OJ, white grape, red grape, pineapple, mango nectars. Apple juice is the most common but just take a look at most of the labels, it has nothing!
