You should verify whether it is a 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder. SE/EX/LX/DX 4cyl has a regular single muffler exhaust. V6 have dual.

Also Ek,DA, BA4, Those are called chassis codes not engine codes. You can find out your engine code by look at where the transmission meets the block. It is stamped on a little square that is 2"x2". That will tell you the engine code.

J30A1 3.0L USDM SOHC VTEC V6 98-02 Accord V6

F23A5 2.3L USDM SOHC 98+ Accord DX 135hp

F23A1 2.3L USDM SOHC VTEC 98+ Accord EX LX/98-99 150hp

F23A4 2.3L USDM SOHC ULEV VTEC 98+ Accord EX LX 148hp

CF8 Accord 4 Dr., F23A5
CG5 Accord 4 Dr., F23A1
CG6 Accord 4 Dr., ULEV, SULEV, F23A4
CG1 Accord 4 Dr., J30A1
CG3 Accord 2 Dr., ULEV, F23A1
CG2 Accord 2 Dr., J30A1

Everyone is right about the VIN number the letters/number from the 4-6 digits tell you your chassis codes. So your accord was probably made in the US so it would be 1HGCG2..... for example
