Technical question, but is it cheating if both partners know about it and don't care? Let's face it, the only reason Bill and Hillary stay together is because it serves their mutual political purposes.

If he is, it is none of your business. It is a private matter. Everyone is entitled to a private life, even the President.
He made a good faith effort to conceal his relationship with Monica Lewinksy. I don't believe that monogamy is very realistic.
Most people who are tempted will eventually succumb to the temptation. I wonder if Bush has strayed. I wish I could get me some of that Laura Bush. Man she is hot.

If old Bill is steppin' out on his missus its between the two of them, and none of our business. Let's see if Hillary (Nanny McPhee) gets to run for president. That will be enough gravy for us to stir up quite awhile.
